When there comes an account banned after you purchase an account, 3zoom will act strictly according to the following terms:

1. Please DO NOT tell anyone that you commit accounts transactions. 3Zoom will not assume any responsibility for the accounts banned for committing real money transactions.

2. The accounts 3zoom sold are always playable in several days, if they get banned for the reason of fraud in those days, 3zoom will compensate you an equivalent account.

3. 3zoom will compensate accounts banned in 3 days for the reason that commit the third- party program or using any macro. But the compensation would be different as the various situations.

4. If any problem comes after you purchase the account, please provide the information we required, or 3zoom will not deal with it.

5. Since it can be a risk to the account that operates server transfer right after purchasing account, we suggest you to buy the accounts on the servers you desired. 

6. If the account is banned and exceeds 3 days after trading, we will bear no responsibility, for we all know that accounts sale violates the Plaync Policy. So buy accounts at you own risk, we are not obliged to do any compensation. All the items on any online game are the intellectual property of those games' publishers. 3Zoom.com makes no claim to the virtual properties traded as part of our transactions. Our intangible items in the games that our customers purchasing remain the property of the game publishers.

Notice : when you buy an account, Do Not attach your credit card on it for recharging this account. Or it may cause banning. 3zoom would advise you to add regular timecard code on it instead.

3Zoom would like you to gear the account you buy after several days, make sure that the account would be in a safer situation. And you don't lose good items.
