Wolfshifter from New Zikel asks: What about the Abyss point restriction on character transfers? If I start getting my Abyss points for gear, will I have to spend my Abyss points again to cover the 214k restriction?

The first character transfer that is happening this week is the only transfer with the 214,000 AP restriction during the free character transfer period. Starting next week, the ceiling will be raised to 5,000,000 AP during the remaining free character transfers.
