There are many strongholds located in lower, higher of Atreia, if you want to get in to the combat, you first have to know something about the Stronghold system.

1.      Rudiments of Abyss Stronghold Combat

Stronghold combat is the war between Elyos, Asmodian, and Balaur. It starts from the lower Abyss and spread as time goes by. Every stronghold get the probability to becoming battlefield, the probability would be even higher in weekend.

2.      Occupy The Stronghold

Offenders will have to defeat the guardian of your opponents to occupy the stronghold. And the defender would have to protect their guardian.

At the very beginning of the Stronghold Combat, the strongholds are controlled by Balaur. A guardian would appear when combat begins. The fight lasts for 2 hours.

3.      Who Takes The Stronghold

After the guardian is defeated, the stronghold will be controlled by the race or guild which makes most contributions in the combat.

If most contributions were made by person, party, or group, then the stronghold belongs to the guild of the person, party leader, or group leader. If they were not in a guild, then the stronghold will be controlled by their race.

4.      Rewards

Person: Abyss point, loot, medal.

Guild: Loot

5.      Buff

Every race will get different buff while in combat. The buff would be varying when you are controlling different strongholds. Not only the defenders get the buff, their race would share the buff too.

Even the loser in the combat grants buff.

6.      Abyss Rank

Your Abyss Rank will be set on Monday, according to the Abyss Point you granted in last week.

When your Abyss Rank reaches a certain level, you will grant special power.

7.      아티팩트Contest

아티팩트is a kind of device which brings you the power to crush your opponents. Not only Eloys and Asmodian, Balaur is also able to take control of it.
