Delivery of World of Warcraft Gold
1.  3zoom accepts Paypal with verified status and confirmed address. If there were any issues with the Paypal account, you may be asked to provide additional information as a verification.
2.  3zoom will be always sending a confirmation email to your Paypal email box at your first order on our site, we need you to reply us directly to confirm that you are the holder of the Paypal account.
3.  After sending payment, please feel free to contact our Livehelp operators to confirm the order and discuss the delivery of WOW gold. If you have had previous consumption experience, you only need to login the game and we will call you when we are ready to deliver. Do please make sure that the character name you provided is accurate. We won't be responsible for any loss if you offer an inaccurate character name.
4.  Paypal payments funded by ECheck may take up to 5 business days (or even longer) to clear. We will only deliver your goods after the payment cleared.

1.  During World of Warcraft PowerLeveling period, please don't login your World of Warcraft account. Or it might delay your WOW PowerLeveling and increase the risk of having your WoW Accounts banned.
2.  3zoom team relies on strictly enforced internal policies to safeguard customer's WOW accounts. Your character will be leveled by our professional player operating at the highest efficiency 24 hours a day.
3.  3zoom team will not be responsible for any loss of equipments by logging the world of warcraft accounts without sending any notification to us during Power Leveling period.
4.  To Power level, do make sure that you have decent equipments on your character, we do NOT provide any equipment to level up your characters.

Delivery of World of Warcraft CD Key & Timecard
1.  3zoom team will check your personal and Paypal information after payment.
2.  We will send an email with the codes of the WOW CD-Key or Timecard to your Paypal email box if order and payment pass our verification.
3.  Please reply the confirmation email via your Paypal email.
